I would like to thank your team for a wonderful job they did on installing our new sod in our back yard. It has made a world of difference and we are excited about the summer.
Since the yard was installed while we were at work, it was such a treat to come home after a long day at the office to an "instant" yard. They were so clean and professional about putting the sod in, you would never had known they were here.
While I made all my contacts were made over the Internet and phone, Ryan was prompt in returning calls, estimates and answering any questions that I had.
Your team was even out on Saturday night at 6:00pm, doing some trimming that we had requested. Definitely something that did not need to be done on a Saturday night but what a pleasant surprise.
You should be proud that customers service is alive and well within your company. A real treat!
